Here is In-Line Studios’ Policies:

  1. New Enquiries
  2. New Client but with Previous Existing work
  3. Existing Clients and Touch Ups

  5. Deposits and Cancellation Policy

 

  1. NEW ENQUIRIES:

 

* All cosmetic tattooing procedures are done in at least 2 sessions.  Each session is priced accordingly (feel free to look at prices by clicking the “book now” button.

* How many touch ups needed is something that can never be guaranteed. Once the pigment is implanted into the skin it will be up to the client’s immune response, hormones, any medication and aftercare how well the pigment lasts in the skin.

* These services cannot be performed on pregnant women

 

  1. NEW CLIENT WITH PREVIOUS EXISTING WORK:

 

* If you have existing work done by someone else, you will need to book a new session.  A touch up cannot be performed on another artist’s work

* If you have existing work, we may not be able to work over them and in most cases, you would require lightening them first. Feel free to look at prices for Tattoo lightening / Removal via the book now button.

* Please send clear photos of your cosmetic tattoo before booking. Please make sure to stand in front of a window in good day light and to capture clear (non-blurry) photos.  I require a close up of each brow, and a full-face photo with your eyes closed.

* Please read the rest of the policies.

 

  1. EXISTING CLIENTS AND TOUCH UPS

 

* Ideally you need to return for your touch up between 6 and 8 weeks.  We do understand that time and money can sometimes get in the way.  You have up to 3 months (12 weeks) from your initial appointment to schedule your touch up at the cost of a touch up.

* If you have missed the 12-week deadline, you will need to schedule your touch up as an Annual refresh.

* An annual refresh could be booked for existing clients up to 12 months from your initial procedure.  After 12 months it will be full price again.

 

  1. PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

 

* Please avoid using any retinols, retin A or Vit A skin products 2 weeks prior to your appointment.

* Please avoid taking any pain killers and blood thinning medication such as aspirin 48 hours before your appointment.  (Please do not stop using prescribed medication, as only your doctor may advise you to do so) If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us first.

* Please note that there is a 6-week pre and post Covid 19 vaccination waiting period, to get your cosmetic tattoo done.  We don’t know enough yet but there have been quite a few reactions. 

* Please send a list of medications that you take before you book to make sure you are a good candidate.  If you don’t use any, please send that too. (” Hi, I have booked and don’t use any meds”)

* If you require an allergy test, please make that enquiry before you book as it takes 24 hours, and if you feel you would require and allergy test on the day of your appointment your deposit would be lost.

* No caffeine allowed on the day of your appointment.

 

  1. DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

* A $100 deposit is required, to be paid within 24 hours of booking, to secure your appointment.  Failure to do so will result in cancelling of your appointment.

* Please allow 48 hours or more notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

*  Appointment deposits are non-refundable.  It can be contributed to another appointment.

* If you arrive more than 15 min late for your appointment, or reschedule within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.  As such additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment.

* If you book for your 6 week touch up in less than 6 weeks, your deposit will be forfeited.

* You will only be allowed to reschedule once outside the 48 hour period, then the deposit is forfeited.
